Now hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives – Great Opportunity for Advancement!


A Customer Service Representative is needed to assist utility customers with requests ranging from general account and balance information, taking check by phone and/or credit card payments, completing move-in/move-out applications and other forms, resolving billing issues and other daily tasks as needed. Candidates must have strong customer service representative experience, ability to stay in one job for a stable period of time, and inbound calling experience.

Compensation: $13-$14 DOE.


2 Full Time Hour Positions:


11 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday – Friday)


7:30 Am – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)





Job Responsibilities:


  • Professionally and courteously answer telephone calls that come into our toll-free number from municipal, county and private utilities nationwide – responding to approx. 60 calls per day.


  • Provide excellent customer service – to a wide demographic, throughout the United States.


  • Use provided tools to clearly answer questions and accurately process requests.


  • Properly note all customers’ accounts.


  • Take credit card and check payments over the phone.


  • Process incoming mail and prepare payments for posting.




Preferred skills for this job:


  • Prior experience in an inbound Call Center environment.


  • Inbound and outbound calling a must.


  • The ability to accurately update customer information in a timely manner.


  • The ability to multitask.
