Now hiring 2 Customer Service Representatives – Great Opportunity for Advancement!
A Customer Service Representative is needed to assist utility customers with requests ranging from general account and balance information, taking check by phone and/or credit card payments, completing move-in/move-out applications and other forms, resolving billing issues and other daily tasks as needed. Candidates must have strong customer service representative experience, ability to stay in one job for a stable period of time, and inbound calling experience.

Compensation: $13-$14 DOE.
2 Full Time Hour Positions:
11 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
7:30 Am – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)
Professionally and courteously answer telephone calls that come into our toll-free number from municipal, county and private utilities nationwide – responding to approx. 60 calls per day.
Provide excellent customer service – to a wide demographic, throughout the United States.
Use provided tools to clearly answer questions and accurately process requests.
Properly note all customers’ accounts.
Take credit card and check payments over the phone.
Process incoming mail and prepare payments for posting.
Preferred skills for this job:
Prior experience in an inbound Call Center environment.
Inbound and outbound calling a must.
The ability to accurately update customer information in a timely manner.
The ability to multitask.
